As a side note, if your friend is injecting HGH (or whatever he is taking) everyday, and his gains haven't improved dramatically, then he needs to consider the likelihood that what he is injecting is fake.
And we all need to consider the likelihood that this thread is derailed as shit. Posting the guy all women want to be with:
...if only in my dreams.

Only beta, single-parent mothers over the age of 35 want to be with Bruce Willis. He has pretty average looks, and is balding.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's already attempted suicide and just decided to stop when he started getting rich.

Thank god he was rich before he was bald, or maybe we'd have never had Bruce Willis' The Kid.

He has no aesthetics. No definition, cheek bones are not prominent, jaw is average, sagging around the mouth, poorly defined nose, generally bad facial structure, features don't compliment each other, odd head shape, brown eyes.
Bruce Willis is the anti-aesthetics in my opinion.
@the_dude78: I think either Davey Jones or his friend are full of shit. One of them is lying, that's for sure.

What friend? And lying about what? The steroid thing? No, steroids will make you grow whether you work out or not. Do you mean the fact that I want to bang Bruce Willis? You're just going to have to deal with that. I'd lick him up and down if you sprayed all that dirt off first.
Nummy.

Bruce Willis is a man about his hair loss and is not afraid to hide it. He looks good shaved or buzzed.
Oh he might wear a piece in a film - but the's playing a god damn role, he has the right too.
But I will lose faith in him if he ever starts wearing one in real life.

It's why someone with naturally higher testosterone levels (and a better hormone profile in general) is bigger or leaner than someone with lower (or worse) levels, even if they work out the exact same. Yes, without working out, you won't get as many gains, but the attitude that steroids don't help much without exercise is a myth perpetuated on bodybuilding forums by people who are secretly embarrassed by using. Not sure why. I am pro-steroid use. Whatever you wanna do with your own body is your own business, and I don't see any reason to pretend they're something they're not so you don't look like you're "cheating."
If you still don't believe me, that's fair. I'm just some other guy on the internet, no better than the guys on the internet who told you what you think now. But what would you think if their was a study using healthy males that didn't train, and steroids gave them gains? Oh...what's this:

i did not get anything i have said online. im jst saying wot ive seen and herd from people who happen to be juicing and i know quite a few.
and from wot theyve told me and from wot ive seen personally, if you dont work out properly you wont gain very much mass. yes i no its used by cancer patients and so forth for weight gain but they would have all kinds of hormonal imbalances going on and it would probaby help with weight gain for them but for an average healthy guy i dont think it would do much on its own. i didnt say nothing but it would do little.
and i am not full of shit about my mate he has put on only maby 2 kgs.
he is allot more ripped and can lift more though, so hes gained strength but not much mass.

That is what I was referring to when I asked you if you went to the International Bro School of Bro-ology. The patients in those studies did not have "hormonal imbalances." They had wasting diseases that prevented muscle growth, and steroids made them grow muscle despite. Not only do you not have to work out, you don't even have to be healthy to grow on steroids. And even if you still disagree, I posted a study where everyone was healthy.
You're not full of shit, but you are quite the bro-scientist.

bro-science has way more followers and thus websites. Its tough to convince people of the fundamental truth when the miracle they want to hear and read about is way more fun to do so and imagine on.
We coined the term ho-science on another forum I visit that talks about health and fitness when its a female eposing some stupidity about muscles and eating.
