I feel like I am the type of person who is very sensitive to changes in the body (diet, sleep paterns, stress ect.) and usually pay the price with a bad reaction to my skin / eczema flare up. Really blows that I am losing my hair on top of this, it's a double whammy! If I could chose between a full head of hair or no skin problems, believe me I'd embrace going bald without hesitation!

Go to your local family doctor and ask for a prescription(either propecia which is 1mg daily which is what you need or proscar which is cheaper and 5mg, so you just cut it into quarters.) Depends if money matters.
try easing into it if you'd like, 0.5mg every other day for the first month, then every day then 1mg every day for the rest of the time. From what my doctor said was that you should check your blood pressure once every few months just to check that everythings alright.
Overall though I wouldn't worry too much about running into problems with it, as most people don't have an issue.
