transplant with toppik

I know that it sucks to have to resort to a transplant but until all the future treatments have arrived there is almost no choice. Do you guys think it may be a good idea to get a transplant in thefront and if finasteride strarts to fail just use toppik for the back?

a lot of people get transplant in the front and top and leave the crown as it is. it's probably whats recommended if you're low on donor hair anyway.
