Hairs that you shed - thicker or thinner?

Is it better in terms of MPB to lose long thick hairs or small short hairs? I've noticed unfortunately that I lose alot of smaller thinner hairs and occasionally a bigger thicker hair will come out if i use a comb etc.

ALso as i work at a desk when I look down on the desk i see hairs there.. its so frustrating and makes me down and always serves as a reminder that Im going bald.. why cant i stop this

    I'm on fin for 2.5months

As losing hairs every day is normal, the loss of strong, thick hairs is not in itself anything to be concerned about, as long as the number isn't massively high. Losing miniaturized hairs is a sign that the follicles are in the process of 'shutting down'.

You're still early on in your use of Fin. If you respond well to the treatment then this could prevent other follicles from following the same fate, and the miniaturization already existing could reverse itself to a degree. So don't lose hope.
