Hair regrowth? Or prolonged anagen phase?

So, when finasteride/dutasteride and/or minoxidil works for someone...


Does it actually make vellus hairs into terminal non vellus hairs? Or does it only prolong the anagen phase and decrease the number of telogen hairs?



I really hope that some of the hair that got smaller, or less visible can re appear ...
