Default Shampooing after rogaine foam!!!

Hi all,
How long should i wait after i apply rogaine foam if i wanna take a shower and shampoo my hair ??
I have a buzz cut and I feel that the foam dries pretty fast and is absorbed to my scalp within couple of minutes. Would shampooing an hour or 2 after the application be ok ? Or it would take out all the benifits

P.S. i only use it once aday.

The instructions say to wait at least four hours. The simple solution? Apply the medicine after you take your shower.

Thanks tracey..

I used to take it after shower at night and wait for like an hour and then go to bed, but the problem is that i sweat alot while im a sleep and since i have all my hair buzzed with 0 guard, it goes all over the pillow and i move alot while im a sleep.
So i thought that i'd rather shampoo rogaine before i go to bed

Have you had any success applying it just once a day? Is that a half cap measure once a day? Because I was planning on doing the same thing.

i only been on it for less than 2 months yet. i started after my HT, the doc gave me one minox spray and adviced me to use it, and when i finish it it's up to me to continue with minox or just stop, i finished the one they gave me and now started with the foam cause i was afraid if i stopped minox after a month and a half of use my native hair could be effected but im not sure if that is true or not.
anyays, since my hair is buzzed, i can't tell if i shed at all while on minox, and of course it's too early to judge about the results. i only use it once aday because i read alot about it having the same effect as twice, plus it's more convenient, cheaper, and maybe safer when it comes to potential side effects, but again that's just my thoughts which could be right or wrong.
