I reckon once the swelling goes down I will be a 7/8. With a good body, I will be a solid 8.

After my nose op, and providing my hair stays the same, I can be a 9. Have a hump atm.
Oh wow, I probably don't need any type of cosmetic surgery, even if I did I wouldn't do it because I'll be scared shit less lol. Any who, Good for you yeahyeahyeah, hope everything works out for you buddy.

Thanks buddy.

Yeah, well, as I said before, I would have really preferred to not get any surgery done, the recovery time is always a pain in the ass.

Surgery should only be done if you have a medical condition (which was why my jaw was reset), or if something really really bugs you.

I don't see for example anything wrong with cosmetic surgery as long as you are sensible

If I wasn't such a puss I'll probably get my jaw fix too, its out of place and it's bugging the shit out of me. You can't really tell unless your really paying close attention which no one had commented yet. I'm okay with people getting cosmitics done, heck if it's going to make my future wife ten times better, then go for it lol

Relative, depends on how it goes with other facial features, definition, symmetry and so on. There is no "one" good jawline.

Honestly, I would just get it done. Especially since you like me are suffering from hairloss, better looking you are, hairloss won't matter as much as you are less reliant on your hair. Also if it is bugging you, it is messing with your confidence. You will feel more confident afterwards as you won't think about your jaw anymore.

Even if it is a subtle change i.e. resetting the jaw by a few mm here and there, the shape of your jaw is the most prominent feature (especially for a man) and even though in person not many people can notice it, when you are photographed it is definitely noticeable. I can see the change from new and old photos, basically look more symmetric.

When they reset your jaw, first 2 weeks are the worst, but once the swelling starts going down, it's ok. To ensure you don't lose weight - make sure you drink high calorie drinks etc. I have lost 6kg, but weight seems stable now (still above baseline from the gym), will prob get the 6kg back thru muscle memory.

Symmetry is the most important thing along with it being strong irrespective of it's shape.

Neither, they reset it then put titanium plates and screws to support it.
