Default NW4+s when did you start losing

There seems to be a correlation between those who are destined to be high norwoods, seem to lose it in their early 20s.

What age did you become a high norwood, and how did you lose it?

Cheers.

Everyone loses it in their 20's. Every single male will lose some hair in their 20's as they lose their youthful hairline and develop a more mature one - even if that isn't MPB. If they're headed towards total baldness at a young age it usually hits hard and fast. With that said, I know many who have been NW2 in their early 20's and stayed that way for decades. Then there are those who just lose it very slowly over a long period of time.

Frankly it seems very random. One thing I have noticed though is that those who only experience a receding hairline tend to lose it much slower. It's the ones that get a receded hairline and thinning that get hit hard and fast. Plus, just losing a hairline is great news in terms of available treatments. Just one HT and you can be a thick, natural looking NW1.

Yeah tbh I think I am hoping I fall in the bolded category. NW2 at 27.

What examples do you know of where this is the case?

Maybe Johnny Depp? I think he has had a small HT recently, but since he was even 19 or 20 he was like NW2. He stayed that way for a very long time.

Dont think depp counts, he has never been a NW1, like ever.

NW2 is his natural hairline.

Yeah well his hairline is pretty lousy in Public Enemies, worse than the real Dillinger, you can see he didn't wear any fake hairs for that one.

Nope. As a teen he definitely wasn't NW2. He's a prime example of losing it in your teens / early 20's and keeping it for a long time. The fabled "mature hairline".
