Trust me - I know.
Ive had my jaw reset (non cosmetic procedure) and I am looking a million times better.

My jaw is not super chiseled or anything, but it suits my overall "look" really well imo. Having a big defined jaw is not always what will make you attractive. It's about symmetry and balancing facial features. There are also different forms of facial attractiveness. One size does not fit all.
Glad to know you're looking aesthetic these days. Have you done all your operations for now?

I am only 2 weeks post op, by 6 weeks my jaw bone should be healed. But yeah, liking what I am seeing so far; I can now grow my hair out, as it compliments the changes in my jaw. Previously, I always got my hair cut shorter.
And yes, it's all about balance, not necessary its shape. Previously my jaw was out of place, chin for example was not in the centre, and the jaw would doop. The jaw line was really undefined. You can now the shape, looks more chilsed.
I have one more after this - nose job in 6 months time, have a hump would like to get it removed. You have to wait 6 months before after you correct your jaw before you can do your nose. As the nose changes with the jaw op.
I hope I never need to get a HT tbh. That's the only other cosmetic surgery I would do. Otherwise I am happy.

tbh yeah, this shit I am undergoing, wish I never had to.
But its cards I have been dealt.
Really sucks having to worry about hairloss on top of that.

Yeah - ironically it changes your perspective on things.
Realise how beauty is really skin deep. And although my looks have improved, I still remember what life was like when I was a 3 out of 10. It has forced me to work on other areas of my life to compensate; charm, personality etc. Glad I did.
I don't judge people on the way they look as a result of all of this.

Very hard to say, as I am still swollen. So my face is basically very puffy. One side more than the other.
With the swelling, I am a 6....basically look like a normal looking dude, whereas before - something didn't look right.
I reckon once the swelling goes down I will be a 7/8. With a good body, I will be a solid 8.
After my nose op, and providing my hair stays the same, I can be a 9. Have a hump atm.
