Why are all pics of HT here with fully visible faces? What happened to privacy?

How can you doctors put pictures of your patients you made surgeries on online with fully visible faces? What ever happened to the privacy? Do you have written permission from patients or?

If I am to do HT anytime soon, it will for sure not be with the any doctor who put pictures of his patients without any secrecy online like that, no matter how good he is. Can't you just blur or cut out faces?
