What are your thoughts on cycling? Some say to do it, others say there isn't any real proof of the benefits. And what about a loading phase?

I'm not sure about acne, I haven't looked into that but I guess that it could be possible. Cycling isn't necessary, and I don't know of any studies that show any benefits, however I think cycling is good for any supplement just to keep your body guessing. Your body will adapt to anything you do to it, again I have no proof for this but I would bet the body will adapt to the excess creatine over a period of time and make adjustments. Taking a week or two off might be a good Idea. Loading isn't required, but is the best way to go. The purpose of loading is to saturate your muscles with creatine. You can skip loading and it will take around 30 days to saturate your muscles, or you can take loading doses and quickly saturate your muscles resulting in faster results
