I don't take Creatine, it makes your hair fall out.

I might go for a bicycle ride in a year or so if my gym results aren't coming through in terms of my aesthetics. The lifts are going up, but my upper-body isn't getting that much bulkier.

Just google it. If you disagree I'd be keen to know. I also avoid creatine because it causes acne.

I really like that video, just don't care for the other language all over the place.

So here's the good ol' 'Merican version:

That’s bro science, brah! There is no possible mechanism for creatine to cause your hair to fall out. The purpose of a creatine supplement is to donate a phosphate group to ADP to reform ATP and replenish the ATP stores in your muscles. Since ATP is the main energy source in the body and muscles, this allows you to train harder, longer, and recover faster. Creatine is the best selling and most studied supplement ever, and not one study has found hair loss to be a side effect. What you're reading on the internet is written by the same morons who inhabit gyms around the world and spread their bullshit "bro science".

Alright, but what about acne? I really felt like it caused me to break out. But then again, my skin is shit at the moment anyway, so I probably will just take it anyway.

What are your thoughts on cycling? Some say to do it, others say there isn't any real proof of the benefits. And what about a loading phase?

LOL such a liar bro, I didn't take creatine yesterday cause of you. Depending on your body, I don't get acne using creatine but I do when I'm taking protein shakes and bars.
