Yea, I agree with that. Anyone can get big with the right diet and routine. But some genetic things can hold you back. Having narrow shoulders and small wrists will stop you from ever looking totally massive.

The grass is NOT greener on the other side. If it's easy to gain muscle then it's it's even easier to gain fat. And when you get older it gets even easier to gain fat and much harder to get rid of. You'll be glad of your genetics when you get older...

The only "genetic" I need is will power. The will to be NW1. The will to be shredded.

One life. One chance. One Highlander.

Will power is a start, but it also takes doing the exercises themselves.

In my case I am trying to "shredd" some weight so I have been doing cardio (running) along with some efedra to give some turbo-boost to my weight loss.

Good luck in your quest...

Most women like the skinny look, not the "sick" skinny look or the fat skinny one. Just the one with low BF and defined muscles.
Abs is very important, at least flat stomach is a must, many guys go to gym get alot of muscles but at the same time develop a belly fat which ruins their body big time....

^^^^^^ Right
Most guys go to the gym and try and get "BIG!" They get big all right... big guts. I spend most of my time on the Stairmaster.
