Heck, it just looks like a guy with good muscle shape and not much fat, to me. It wouldn't take more than a few months for the average person to have not much fat, and the specific shape isn't going to come in 2 years or 20. The shape of your muscles at certain sizes is all genetic.
I don't see anything in that video that you need to lift weight much to get.

I'm not sure if you're blind, or just very, very naive.
If such a body was achievable in just a few months then every young male would have one. This is common in bodybuilding, where you have noobs coming in thinking they are going to pack on serious muscle all the time. Bodybuilding is hard work, and takes years of dedicated training, eating, and resting.

I just saw the guy in the video link. Are we talking about the guy outside the window that the girl is looking at? I'll have to agree with Davey Jones, he doesn't look like anything inspiring to me. I wouldn't say it takes 2-3 months to get there, cause nothing happens over night. But he just looks pretty lean to me. Isn't that a body you would get on a high-carb diet?

Yeah, the average person can't get a body that ripped in 2-3 months. That's crazy, but I agree that it's nothing to be inspired over.
However, if any of you here have heard of Ricky Hatton, the retired boxer from Manchester, England. You know he use to bloat up to 170-180lbs between fights in his 5' 7" frame, drinking beer every day, eating lots of food. Then for his fights, in 8 week training camps, he would some how get down to a ready and ripped 140 lbs. But boxers go through some really tough training camps, that the average person wouldn't do. ESPN rated Boxing as the #1 physically toughest sport in the world, from a panel of Experts and Scientists of the human body and Olympics.
In between fights he looks like this:
On the right
And in a span of 8 weeks he transforms himself to this:
And what's more impressive was that he never failed to make the limit of 140lbs, he was always spot on 140lbs with no trouble. Keep in mind though, this guy was rich so he could have afford his own cooks and the best training and nutrition coaches in the world. While the average person can't afford this.

For most guys, a few months of strict diet and cardio is more than they can deal with. That would be why you don't see that body. And the rest wouldn't want a skinny body like that. I like to deadlift too much to want a body that's only good for getting teenage girls wet while you mow their yard.
Not that I don't want to get young girls wet. I'm just settling on a body type that isn't as good at doing that so I can pick heavier stuff up.

Getting teen girls wet while I mow their lawns. Isn't that what life is all about?
Anyway, he is definitely lean, but that is the body women want probably right up until thirty years of age. After that they start to want something more "manly".

In other words, you're just after ***** you can use and toss aside rather then a life partner.
Fair enough.

I hear what all of you are saying. What really pisses me off is that there is nothing stopping people from looking like the guy in that video........except for achieving his full head of hair. If a person wants to achieve his slim figure, it is possible for them to achieve this by exercise, a strict diet, and even supplements. Yet if a person with hair loss wants to get his full head of hair, they cannot do this because there are no legitimate options to regrow hair in today's day and age. I always hear people saying "where there's a will, there's a way" or "anything is possible with hard work", and for most endeavors in life, this is true. My friend who was unemployed for the longest time just recently got a new job through his persistence, hard work, and dedication. I have another friend who used to be short and pudgy, yet through hard work and dedication, he lost a ton of weight and he now has himself a beautiful girlfriend. And PatientlyWaiting, you talked about how you want to put on some weight and muscle in your hopes of going into law enforcement. Hell, this is very possible too, and I'm living proof of that. I used to be a skinny kid yet through hard work, lots of weight-training, and occasional use of supplements like creatine, I'm now a 240-pound big muscular guy and I have been that way for about 13 years. But in terms of hair regrowth, no matter how hard a hair loss sufferer tries, they're not going to be able to achieve a full head of hair. So many of us would work so hard and pay so much just to achieve a full head of hair yet we're not given any effective option to do so. It really boggles my mind. As I mentioned before, if a person wants to put on muscle, not only does he have options to do so, he has a whole grocery store line full of options at GNC to pack on muscle. And those supplements do work. If a person wants to shed weight and look like that guy in that video, it so very possible and within their reach. But if a person wants to regrow their hair, they are not given any effective options to do so. It really pisses me off because in today's day and age, there so many remedies for everything from sagging tits to extreme muscular growth, yet there are no effective methods to regrow hair. Hell, a man can even be turned into a woman, yet no one can supposedly figure out a way to regrow hair (outside of testing on mice, that is), and that is just mind-boggling me.
Lastly, I always say that most of us are not asking for much when we say that we want to regrow our hair. Most of us are not asking for model-type good looks, six-pack abs, or extensive plastic surgery. Most of us are not asking to be the next Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt and become total superstars. All we're asking for is our hair back, something that we were born with, something that many of us always had until recently, and something that was vital to our good looks, our identity, our quality of life, and even our inner well-being. Again, most of us are really not asking for much in the grand scheme of things. All we want is our hair back, that's it.

A beginner's SS routine won't give you that bulk - and it is THE best routine there is for a beginner. After one year of SS most will make the switch to an intermediate routine. It takes probably 3-5 years of intense, heavy lifting to reach your body's natural max.
To get his body you need probably two years of heavy lifting, and then a cutting phase to get the body fat down.

hahah that guys body is nothing to brag about
some guys can build muscle faster and loose fat quicker.
it has to do with how your metabolism works and some are luckier than others. i dont mean to brag but when i work out seriously i get rediculously ripped and put on 6 or 7 kgs lean muscle natrually after 4 or 5 weeks no shit . on the other hand i have a mate that i gym with who jabs roids in his legs every day. works out 6 days a week and cant put on muscle for the life of him. hah he is pretty jelous.
