27 year old with a 5V pattern hair loss who has been on propecia. The patient recieved 3070 grafts in one session. 425 single grafts, 575 double hair grafts and 2070 two and three hair grafts were utilized. The patient was finally able to stop wearing a hair system. Photos are 11 months post-op.
