Safe to Drink Red Wine while on Finasteride?

The following link shows that red wine can inhibit CYP3A4 enzyme, similar to the way grapefruit juice does (only not as much). Is it truly safe to take Finasteride and to enjoy a small glass of dry red wine once a day?

Also, I've read that Ketoconazole inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme too. I wonder how much is absorbed into your body when you use a 1mm scalp roller before you use Nizoral 2%.
