This fellow is a hairstylist who came in for 2700 in March. He stopped by with one of his clients who had a consultation let me take a few pictures at 7 months. Monday he stopped by with 2 of his clients and I was able to get a few pictures. Although he has very fine hair, he really has a nice cosmetic change and his scar is imperceptible. Interestingly, he’s a few years out from a facelift by another doctor with significant peri-auricular scars, so he doesn’t always scar well.
Pics are preop, postop, 3 months, and 7 months and 13 months.

So we did 1300, mostly 2s and 3s last week. Here are the pictures.

1. Note I excised his old scar in the center of his new strip.

2. In the first picture, slits are made on the left side which will hold new 2s and 3s with thicker hair, and more densely placed than his current hair on the right which was trimmed but left for comparison.

3. End of day pictures.

He'll be in Thursday for sutures out and tends to stop by with one of his customers (recall he's a stylist) about 3 times a year, so I should have after pics this fall and winter.
