That is a very complicated looking regimen. Good luck with it. If after a year on that regimen you see no improvement, it is not working for you. I'm a bit shocked when I see people on this number of supplements. It's like throwing shit at a wall and hoping some of it sticks.

I can't see myself putting that much stuff in my body.

You might as well add a complete Vitamin E complex like Toco8.
