So funny thing Histogen won a law suit or to recite Iron.Man aka HairRobinHood its just unimportant. Its just a Markman Hearing which according to him is unimportant
Naaa its Iron.Man aka Hair.RobinHood, he was banned here and at other boards as well. He is a blind Gho supporter who attacks everyone who disagrees with him
He has been doing his stuff since 2004 (7 years) and then he has Infinite Donor right, infinite donor and he cannot create a hairline which other surgeons can even with limited donor resources. This makes me wonder how or what Gho has been doing all those years.
The funny thing is, that Iron.Man aka HairRobinHood could not answer those questions in his Gho Cheerleading ;-)
So now it says Histogen is going to restart funding discussions to continue with their treatment thingy, that was halted because of this lawsuit. That's great I guess. How many more years do you guys predict before this stuff is out?
I think Iron_Man has a valid point re the "markman hearing" - basically for Histogen; they're "not out of the woods just yet" - they still need a final hearing.
With this result, Histogen has prevailed on the key claim interpretation relevant to the lawsuit filed by SkinMedica. This important ruling 'should' lead to the trial court’s dismissal of the patent infringement allegations against Histogen.
@Patiently: I still say probably at least 5 years. Just from what I've read. I think by then Dr. Cole will have reached over 54% donor regrowth and have really changed things. Like I believe you and I were saying, with around 70% or more donor regrowth that's damn near a cure
