I have Diffuse. I'm 30. It started to become apparent when I was about 26. I started proscar soon after. I rocked rogaine for awhile but that product didn't work for me. I use Nizoral, I eat healthy, take vitamins, and exercise consistently. After I began treatment and changed my lifestyle completely (No sugar, limited alcohol, tons of deep sleep, lots of water, low stress) my hair improved dramatically. In April I decided to have a FUE to bring it back as close to pre hair loss as possible. I did 1500 FU grafts with Dr. Brad Limmer. His father Bobby was the one who invented FUE and I have to say they are awesome. The surgery was really easy and I'm starting to see some growth. Remember proscar works awesome but lifestyle does play a factor.
