What is the best shampoo for thin hair?i been using head & shoulders but i also have avalon organics thickening complex.which one is better?what is the best ?

The best shampoo and conditioner to use regardless of the type of hair you have is a good quality sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. If you are treating your thinning hair, it is also a good idea to use Nizoral (either 1% or 2%) once a week. Have you heard of Regenepure shampoo and if so What do you think of it? It does contain the same active ingredient as Nizoral, not sure of the % but without all the other harsh inactive ingredients. Here is the site if you want to look...

You mentioned this the other day. I don't think it is worth the high price. They do not state the percentage of Ketoconazole that is in it. It can't be more than 1% though because a script is needed to get higher than 1%.

As long as a person uses sulfate free shampoo and conditioner for their regular washing and only uses Nizoral once per week, the exposure to sulfates is insignificant. So no. I do not feel Regenepure is worth the high price. I wouldn't buy it, therefore I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
