Does Propcia work for all MBP'S

Hello Does Propecia work for all types of MPB? in my case I have diffuse balding so a large area is thinning at the same time does this mean i have less chance of getting good results than say someone who is just losing at the crown?

also I have been on Propecia for around 2 months and noticed more thinning is this normal or does this mean im more likely to be a bad responder?

experienced a small amount of side effects but seem to be getting back to normal now
