That's what I think too. They've been trading on the OTC market (where the scammers usually live, cause it's mostly unregulated unlike nasdaq and nyse), they have no revenue, no cash, they just seem to sell stock ...

Wow, actually it's even really obvious. Just look at the 2 year chart:

    http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=B...=BLGX;range=2y

This company is erected end 2011. In 2013 it starts running up from $1 to $9.50, almost a 1000% increase in only half a year. Then it starts diving really hard after june 18 2013 to $0.30, LOL. So, what caused this dive ? If you look at the press releases, what happened on june 18 ?

    http://biz.yahoo.com/e/130618/blgx8-k.html

LOOOOOOL. They issued 7.000.000 stocks to the board of directors and granted 175.000 stock options, effective June 17. LOL. So guess who dumped there !! These guys must have made millions doing that ! The company was worth more than $250 million in june 2013 !! They cashed it big time.

This is also extremely interesting: Cranium technologies USA closed a deal with Barbados based (!!) Biologix hair Science Ltd, where Cranium paid them a million dollar to license their technology for 100 years: http://www.biologixhair.com/investor...r-science-ltd/ Then, a month later, Cranium Technologies USA changes its name to "Biologix hair inc": http://www.biologixhair.com/investor...ogix-hair-inc/

So, they buy a license for a million dollar, they change their name, bring it to the stock market and a year later their 1 million license is all of sudden worth ... $250 million dollar !! They then issue themselves 7 million shares at june 17 2013 and dump them all in the market. How much money did they make there in just 1.5 year ? Wow... Just ... Wow ... What a scam !!

LOL. So meet Mr Ronald holland, the CEO: http://executives.findthebest.com/l/...Ronald-Holland

So a CEO of a biopharmaceutical company, that guy must have a background there, right ? Well, no ! :) He's been running financial trusts, broker dealers etc and then all of a sudden he becomes chairmain April 30 2013 of a biopharmaceutical company (LOL), just a few months before the pump and dump. Why is the SEC not all over this scam ?

LOL and this is quite funny too:

    http://www.biologixhair.com/results/hair-regeneration/

Look at Nadim Blel. That's this guy: https://www.facebook.com/nadim.blelsaieh?fref=ts (not sure why they used his real name, WTF).'

Anyway this guy claims to have hairloss since he was 17. He looked quite well 4 years ago though when you see his pictures, no noticable hairloss at all. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater Guy must be what there, 35 years old ?

So think of it: until december 2011, Biologix was a research company based in Barbados. December 2011 a bunch of canadians bought a license to their technology for a million usd and brought it to the stock market in the form of "Biologix Hair Inc". So when exactly did they open their Colombian office in Barranquila ? I can't find anything on it but it must have been after that (since Biologix in Barbados was just a research company). So that whole story about this guy is bullshit too, cause this colombian guy could only have been treated in 2012-2013 the soonest and his hair looked really good before that: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater
    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater

Man these scammers make Nigam look like an amateur :) They made tens of millions ...

Can't say that I am shocked at all, this sector is a lawless state. The truth is there has not been anything new to the table since fin, minox and Hair transplants.

And there won't be anything in the near future that is anything of substance. Book it. Regardless of what others may say on here to be balding in the year 2014 and have the same way to treat it as you would back in the 80's and 90's is embarassing. There has been zero innovation or improvement in this area. Just lies and deception.

The HT industry is the only thing that has vastly improved but it's extremely invasive. I would get one personally if scarring and hiding the fact I got one was possible, but it's not. Co-workers and friends would know and it would be worse than going bald itself. Least at my job with the clowns I deal with.

Thanks, Arashi. I knew you or one of the other skeptical-minded folks on the forum would get to the bottom of this. So this is a classic pump and dump scheme <sigh>. I don't know that much about investment scams, but I've been reading up on them recently. I guess this explains why there is no reference to "Follicle Nutrient Deficiency Syndrome" outside of Biologix's own publications. Funny how they claim to have a new approach to treating hair loss, but they don't engage the academic or medical communities, they don't publish in peer-reviewed scientific journals or present at conferences, and their representative was reluctant to engage with the hair loss community.

I wonder how far the scam goes. They're selling licenses to clinics all over the world. Is that also part of the scam? Presumably they're going through trials, but what happens to the clinics who bought a license if the treatment never makes it through trials or proves ineffective? What about the scientific advisory board? Are they in on it or just unwitting dupes? So disappointing. I always knew this one was sketchy, but now that Histogen seems to be dormant, no one knows what is happening with Follica and Replicel, and Bimatoprost and CB 03 01 are still years away from commercialization, I feel like there is not much for us to look forward to.
