    Real haired wigs?
    Where can I get one...?

I think its eMPower.com, great looking but with a price, I was on the phone with them recently, it will roughly cost you a thousand British pounds excluding maintenance a year! I was considering getting one, but when you do the math it would be cheaper to go for ht or medication, hope this helps.

I know people who've gone here:

    www.ukhairdirect.com

    But I don't know about them myself so I wouldn't know. :)

I wear a system, and it's basically just keeping the hair well conditioned. That helps your piece look very natural.

Looks like they can make any type of system you require. I hope it works out for you.
