Anyone tried PRP? Thoughts?

Hi friends, long time lurker, first time poster. Just wondering whether anyone here can give me a current update on PRP, effectiveness, etc?

I am 30 and have diffuse loss. Also, I just moved to back to the US from Indonesia where I was based for the last 8 years for work and I've been shedding a lot lately. Not sure whether it is the cold or something seasonal?

Any takers?

I got it done about two and a half months ago. I think I'm seeing less shedding, but I couldn't tell you for sure. I'm going to wait until the 4 month mark before I make any final judgments.
