Dr. Lindsey 3100 up front at 13 months
This quite fit fellow had 3100 up front last year and was kind enough to drop by while in our area last week. Interestingly, he has a cardiac condition called atrial fibrillation, often seen in older folks, but increasingly common in younger aerobically trained atheletes. We got permission for him to come off of his blood thinners 5 days preop and he started up immediately postop. I was expecting more swelling as a result but it didn’t seem to have any effect even though he had “thin blood” starting right after surgery.
He has grown in quite well and plans a second case next year to address the crown.
Shown are preop, intraop, postop, 1 month scar check, and 13 month pictures.
