This fellow came in last week for a checkup. He's about 9 months out from 1600 grafts via strip to repair a thin, mildly pluggy, very straight hairline...the result of numerous plug cases in the past.
His main limitation is donor quantity given all the scars from years of plugs and minigrafts.
While not yet at his final result, he does look good and says he's really satisfied.
2 things make this a bit difficult to photo-document.
1. His wirey hair, while sparse and a bit pluggy in my preop pics, really doesn't show up as well. And of course that is partly due to my lack of photographic skills.
2. And he's stopped coloring his hair.
I expect to see him around New Year's again and hopefully I can put up some pics then.
