04-13-2012 02:10 PMnortheastguyI'm having a procedure very soon and the MD wants to use Acell and PRP..... Are you still happy with the results of the PRP?

02-18-2012 07:54 PMnortheastguyHey there T-bone.... Hope your well. I noticed in one of your positngs you mentioned you had the pigmentaton done to your strip scar. It faded but my question was how wide is your scar and did the procedure hide the scar before it faded. If I did give it a try I would most likely go to HIS because of their reputation and the location to me. I'd love to shave my head down to a #1 or #2 clipper...similar to the length you have in your PRP pics.
Thanks! -
07-04-2011 12:40 PMt-boneIt has not been quite 3 months since 1st prp with acell treatment.
I hoped to see Dr. DeYarman sometime this summer so he can post the results using a professional camera.
I am sorry people get annoyed that I talk about PRP and Acell.I have just tried so many things and am happy this is working.
I am sure if I stopped treatment it would go back to the way it was before.
I am sure what works for me will not work for everyone!
It is nice to have other options besides surgery.
People need to remember we are all here to share ideas and be supportive to one another!
I have to say I am surprised by some of the manners I have encountered on this site... -

06-17-2011 11:56 PMDepressedByHairLossHey T-Bone, I'm thinking of doing PRP-Acell too. I see that you did it with Dr. DeYarman. I tried reaching him but he hasn't responded so I was thinking of doing it with Dr. Cooley in NC. The only thing I'm scared of is the possibility of shock loss. Could you give me some insight into your thoughts on PRP-Acell? thanks man.

05-26-2011 12:58 PMappleguyHey man,
Could you let me know if you had a receding hairline what norwood you were and if this stuff has helped regrow your hairline at all.
It almost sounds too good to be true. -
05-07-2011 03:01 AMjeffro5422Hello. Sorry to bother you, but I was hoping I could get some info from you about your Acell/PRP procedure. I'm 28 with diffuse thinning in my midscalp and crown. I've talked to Dr. Hitzig about getting Acell/PRP injections and he thinks I'm a good candidate. Its hard to find any info from people who have had the procedure though. I was just wondering how it went for you, and if you think it was worth it. Thanks man.

05-04-2011 10:23 PMt-bonesomething fishy about when I posted something negative or actually honest about an experience I had with a company in Minn. it blocked it out until i spaced it out.But when I posted something good about that particular co.it added their website.
This industry is so crooked I am going to make it my mission to keep posting and calling the crooks out on the carpet!
There are a lot of good Dr.s who should be talked about as well! -
05-04-2011 10:19 PMt-boneMy acell & prp treatment I received on 4/12/11 from Dr.De yarman is looking better and better every day.
Hair looks and feels denser, thicker and Better!
He will post my results when I go back in July.I had two other prp treatments since last may 2010 that did not include acell and made a big difference on there own but I think the acell is really going to make a huge impact! -
05-04-2011 10:11 PMt-boneI did some more investigating as I usually do after the damage is already done and from what I can gather the guy that invented or started transdermal hair replication is located in Florida and can be easily found online,I forget his name but if you are interested in transdermal hair replication I would consult with them(Florida) because he guarantees that you will not have to come back he also makes his own needles. The good look ink found out about him and tried to replicate his technique but from my experience have not figured it out!
