Hello fellow PSU! It is difficult to believe that you experienced no results from the therapy you have been on. I think that you had to have some positive results but not as you expected. We have many patients and encourage most patients to be on combination therapy. Will PRP give you more positive results that the other therapies did, that is impossible to say but I doubt it.
