Hi Doc, you had replied to a tread I started recently regarding punch sizes for FUE. would you say the scarring size (white dotting) really has no relationship to the punch size. Of course factoring the O.D. Will a .75mm punch produce the same size scar as a 1mm punch?

The ability to achieve an aesthetic donor incision closure is, in all the research I have done using ACell, not improved at all with the use of that product. Nothing seems to take the place of good surgical technique and the patient's characteristics, despite all the hype of
certain products.

I'm sure you saw this post a while back that Hitzig provided but are you able to get closures like this when implementing acell? Like the line on the left? This was posted on the Thread titled "Acell, a Current Review of Applications in Hair Transplant Surgery".

Hello Mr.Jeffrey... Now it has been six weeks post op for my hair transplant ... I am using hair comb and propecia now..... I got minoxidil 12.5% from the Belgravia Centre but i am kinda scared to use on my newly transplanted tissues... so i m going for minoxidil 5% for now and probably after 3 or 4 months i can jump to 12.5% ... but what my query is shall i keep on using minoxidil 5% for a bit longer(like a year) and then switch to minoxidil 12.5%...is it going to harm my hair results if i switch to 12.5% Minoxidil. Second i had a strip surgery for HT, after 6 weeks now can I go for playing gym,it includes lifting heavy weights and I also take proteins shake with it. please advise as i am curious to know...
