Hi misty, you are an amazing woman and I really admire your confidence. You are beautiful even without your hair. Hopefully one day I can reach your level of confidence.

Anyway, if I may, I have some questions about wigs:
- is it necessary to shave your head before wearing wigs?
- are wigs hot and stuffy and itchy?
- Do wigs come off easily? Meaning when the wind blows, when friends tug playfully..
- Do good wigs look natural? Will people suspect that what I have on is a wig?
- What are people’s reactions when they discover I am wearing a wig? Generally.
- What is the approx cost of a good wig that looks natural?

Hi Misty,
I'm a new member have suffered from female hair loss since age 17(now 65)
i have by now tried all and the most recent being a hair unit taped in for extended wear.
I have been coloring cutting and ordering all units on my own.
A few week ago i removed the unit and have been wearing a wig to see if the hair grows in where shaved
The reprieve system that you mentioned sounds like it would work for me,however it is not available in Boston my home town.
Do you know of any other similar not involving tape or glue or clips.
The hair loss in mostly front and crown.
