Haven't developed the regimen yet but the algae was referred to by a guy on hairlosstalk.com called "the natural." Check his regimen and see if he lists what type it is. I'll let you know my exact regimen once I'm freed up to work on it next week. Remind me if I forget. Good luck!

    Hi Worried.
Haven't taken it for 2 weeks, but resumed yesterday.
It really is hard to say, I have definitely not seen any regrowth, but at the same time I can't say that I have noticed any significant hairloss. At best this may help maintain what I have.

Topical spiro I used for a while on my temples - it does work without any sides. I stopped using it because I hated the greasy feeling it gave me.

I would be very wary of spiro cream. Please research its potential sides before committing to anything.

I can't say I've seen any appreciable effect on my hair since starting toco-8.

    Cheers.

I'm using a topical [sitosterol-based] 5-ard enzyme inhibitor called Keratene.

I also use toco-8 currently. Might add minox later.

    Hi worried.

    I don't take finasteride, personally.
I think it works, and very well for a lot of people.

I also think there is a potential for sexual sides. The degree to which some people experience these may vary, and for some these sides can be devastating.

To summarize; I feel finasteride works, but there are risks in taking it.

Sorry if this is a late reply. Cheers.

Nobody knows, they are all currently in clinical trials, but I would say we may have something out 2014-2015.

Cant say. Have you seen a dermatologist.

Besides, new treatments should be out soon, like Histogens HSC complex.
