Hey Blakes33, yes I can say for myself that the negative effects of the drug did completely wear off at about the 2 mnth mark of being off it. I regained full functionality of my ween (thank god!) and my libido and a more aggressive nature also seemed to return. The prob is that my hair absolutely looks like shit now. I could not believe the degradation of it's appearance since stopping 8 months ago.. so I decided to try 1 Mg Propecia every other day to see if I tolerate that.
It is a horrible catch 22 with this drug... I don't know what else to say. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. The think I really wanted to sort out was whether my body's system would return to normal after being on the drug for soooo long (12 years), and I can say that it did.. so I'm quite assured that I won't suffer any of the permanent effects that some other guys seem to be having with this drug.
That's my $.02 worth.
