Clan, I'm gonna go with Keratene. Been emailing the company and I specifically said I would be using KaR because fin gives me gyno. They told me, rather, they ASSURED me that Keratene leaves estrogen levels unchanged and will not contribute to gyno. I think they're just a really small company without much money to provide all the trials of a giant like Histogen or Replicel. I've talked to people who were in the trial that they did do, and those people are sticking with it and some are even suggesting that regrowth is a possibility, only the company is too afraid to claim regrowth because of the liability issues that would result. I'm giving it 6 months in conjunction with Capillogain. Worst case scenario, I lose 6 months worth of hair. I'll keep you updated.
I have received it but will not be taking it until I take the Bar exam at the end of this month. Don't want to risk anything as I have a lot riding on the exam. I got it online from RUI (I believe, terrible with remembering names). No doc. I'd make sure your gyno doesn't naturally subside before you go the Letro route. Do a lot of research on the Letro protocol before using it, and research estrogen rebound. Good luck!
I've just purchased Letrozole to kill off the gyno I have. It's very popular with bodybuilders and apparently is the best treatment this side of surgery. I've been researching like mad for something we can take safely that will keep our estrogen levels in check while taking low doses of fin. There is so little out there on this it's amazing. We just need an AI inhibitor. I'm gonna experiment and I'll get back to you. No way I'm going bald without fighting to the bitter end.
