What is GLA and where can I get it?

DIM is too weak. Best alternative to fin would be nizoral 2% and large doses of GLA:

I saw a few of your posts on DIM. I get very bad side effects from fin, and want to try an alternative systematic DHT blocker.

Do you think I can use DIM in this manner (ie. 200mg a day). How effective would this be in your estimation and what dosage do you recommend?

tried fin. I think it made my hair loss worse. I stopped taking it.
equol is too expensive for me because I'm sure you would need to use much more than 10mg/day

right now I'm not taking anything, just researching anti-inflammatory treatments

Hey 2020. You seem like a dude in the know. I was about to jump on fin but now am thinking Equol might be a better option What do you think and have you tried them both?

no idea if it can actually kick start MPB or not but I would stay away from it anyways due to its long list of side effects with some of them being permanent...

Maybe I'm just looking for an excuse, but do you believe accutane can accelerate MBP or cause permanent hair loss? I swear after a few months on the drug at the age of 16 I noticed my hair thinned out all over the top and it became very dry.

most likely none but spiro cream alone won't be effective at all
