If you have a mirror that allows you to see yourself directly in profile could be helpful to working out what's wrong. Or take a photo and use facetouchup.com to modify it how you think you'd like it.

The nose of the girl you linked is similar to mine. It's more or less straight, but I want to get better definition and reduce the angle it sticks out at (slightly). Furthermore, I don't like the sort of curve between where the nose starts and the browline begins. Anyway, I will probably work on my nose after my chin has been fixed as it can change your perception of it entirely.

First operation will probably be just enhancing cheekbones, improving jawline, and chin projection.. oh and the bimaxillary protrusion.

Interesting. Any reason why? And have you decided how far forward you want to go? That's been a big question for me and one I really don't have any answer to. I'm hoping I will get some good ideas from this doctor I'll be meeting next year.

American Psycho is written to be outrageous, and this is another example where the author was conveying that. His regimen is over the top and anything from ideal. For example, on this face he apparently uses an ice-pack, then a cleanser, then an exfoliator, then moisturiser, then another moisturiser for under his eyes, followed by yet another moisturiser. Besides, REN products are total shit. Don't use them.
