    Gillenator,

I know you've responded to a question of mine, but I've been reading so much on the forum (which I'm new to) my head is spinning. I've read numerous posts by you and see that you're knowledgeable and respected here, which is why I value your opinion.
Point blank, I want my mid 90's micro grafts removed and be able to cut my hair super short, which I do now or even shave it. For removal, in your opinion....laser or electrolysis? To repair what I believe if moderate cobble stoning? Fraxel or dermabrasion? Does one HAVE to be done before the other? I can email you some pics if desired.
    Thank you,
    Sonn

    Hi Gillenator!

You seem to be a great resource for HT info and I was hoping i could ask your advise. I am a 29 year old male from Oklahoma. I have now been on propecia for about 11 years. I had two hair transplants in '05 and '07 with Dr. Blaine Lehr in Oklahoma City. Both utilized the strip method. My scar is around 4 mm wide at the widest part and around 4 inches long. I have come to a point where I wish I could wear my hair really short, like a 1 or a 2 blade. I want to have a camoflauge procedure done and was hoping that you could help me find a good doctor. I have found two Texas doctors online, Dr. Daniel McGrath and Dr. Brad Limmer. Texas would be a convenient location for me but I am willing to travel to find the best doctor to help me. I was just wondering if you knew anything about either Texas doctors or if you could recommend a great doctor who is experienced at the camoflauge technique. Thanks for any information that you can pass on!

    Best,

    Orin

    Mr. 4,000,

I have no idea of what you are referring to, nor anything to do with your thread being shut down. I am an independent advocate and am not employed by any doctor or clinic. And yes you are wrong if you feel that I have anything to do with your case.

I don't know if was your intent, but thanks for the help getting my personal experience thread closed down. I don't know why you didn't avoid the thread if you didn't like it. THe funny thing is I set you pictures of my neck, and you claimed you didn't see anything. I sent the same pictures to Joe at Hasson and Wong and he couldn't believe the damage to my neck. Who do you work for Gillenator? Or do I have this all wrong?

Gee-you had 4 strips. How many grafts in total? Do you still have more left?

IMHO, I would stay with the 5%. I have seen some guys use minoxidil based products above 5% and some experience massive shedding from it. To my understanding, the FDA has approved only 2% and 5% for treating hairloss.
