Hey man, sorry for taking so long to get back, my wife had a kid the Monday after my procedure with Cole on the 29th of March. Been crazy! I've had 4 HT's, can tell you Cole is most pro outfit I've worked with. Did Acell, no PRP, there's no proof it does anything, where as Acell can regenerate donor hair, which is important if you are a multi HT guy like me. My advice is absolutely listen to Cole in terms of hairline and density, he wants you to look your best based on supply you have to work with. He's ****y, but not a bullshiter. He speaks the truth.

I got 1200 grafts in London. I live in london, was a 30 minute walk to the clinic for me. Concerns...the skill of his technicians and regeneration. But, regeneration wasnt my big interest. I wanted a procedure with minimal scarring ,which i can confirm hst provides. I cut my hair grade 0 and there are no scars. Im an nw4, diffuse type. Dr gho doesnt do the procedure (only the implanting of grafts). The rest is done by his technicians. If your hairs are spread out in a row (like a 3 hair graft with 3 hairs lined up quite wide apart), then it makes HST more complicated, because of the small tools they use. im 29 years old. I had no other procedures before hst.

Im using fin, RU, minox, nizoral.

Hey buddy I just got on line and saw you had posted something about going to cole. I have pics I can send you private but it may be easier to talk. I have been on the phone with a gentleman from this forum that just got 2000 from cole and he may be willin to share some info also.

I would recommend that you just start a bunch of threads and I'll comment there. That way your questions will be answered for people in the future.

My opinion is that you should get FUE with a skilled surgeon for just the hairline (I made a thread on this already), and then Dr Gho for HST behind that. Surgeons like Dr Feriduni and Dr Keser produce amazing FUE hairlines for less money than many others - and are still two of the best in the world. Once you have a nice hairline I'd say go for fill-ins with Dr Gho. He guarantees donor regrowth and no scarring - something nobody else in the world can. People try and say he's full of shit, but he's been operating for years now and already defeated two doctors in the EU Courts for defamation after they claimed he was lying.

Look up my thread on this for more information about my hairloss contingency plan. Just don't be foolish and maim yourself for the sake of a few dollars. Think long term. In ten years time I guarantee you'll regret your FUT just like people regret getting their hair plugs today. It only continues to exist because doctors earn more money from FUT than FUE.

I know that FUT can be so much cheaper, but you need to put things into perspective. FUT causes unknown levels of scarring (we all react differently), and if you're headed for NW7 then you need to consider that. Do you want a smiley face scar across the back of your head when you're bald? Also, getting a HT when you are "headed for NW7" is a very bad idea unless you're going for some kind of life-extension technique whereby you want just a few more years of hair.

Have you halted your hairloss already? What are you doing about hairloss at the moment? Have you checked your diet, had hormone and blood tests etc? A lot of things can contribute to hairloss and you need to make sure you're doing the most you humanly can.
