hey there ive already called the clinic and spoken to the staff, i recently shaved my head so was told to wait 4 3 weeks b4 sending the photos, so in the mean time am researching my options. just wanted to ask u are they any forms to be filled out b4 the actual surgery takes place regarding consent and liabilities. if so is it possible to make this document available for me to look over thank you
