November 6th - Temples

Went in on November 6, 2007 for one last time. Got into Vancouver a few days early, so I could hang with the boys for a couple days and have time to relax before and after surgery. We started at about 11:30am and the strip gave us 671 grafts. 366 singles and 305 doubles. I made it clear to give the temples first priority, and when we were drawing them up the day before to get an idea just what should be the priority , crown or temples...the answer seemed obvious....

Plane ride was easy. I knew what was coming and just enjoyed the ride. On the way back home I didn’t even wear a hat. When my Dad picked me up from the airport after my surgery, he asked if I had anything done. I just laughed and showed him my crown area and all the new hairs in place. I can’t wait to watch the transformation!

When I started to lose my hair at the tender age of twenty-three, it was very gradual and seemingly unnoticeable.
