Lifting weights causes hair loss! NOT!

I often get the question "If I workout, will my hair start to fall out because my testosterone levels will rise?" or "I read on a web site..... if you lift weights your hair will fall out."
Answer: NO!
Some evidence: Mr. Olympia (as of this blog), Jay Cutler is NOT bald! Arnold was not\ is not bald!
Exercise or increasing testosterone by lifting weights does not cause your hair to fall out! Using anabolic steroids COULD speed hair loss, but you shouldn't be using those anyway. Normal weightlifting and exercise is not going to cause your hair to fall out.
So please go exercise..............
