Toppik and silica

So apparently toppik contains Silica. Is this the same thing that causes Silicosis an irrreversible incurable lung disease? If it is then why is the product allowed on the market? I've been using it for months and breathing in a lot of this stuff and now I'm really worried. Do you think it would be a good idea to get a chest x-ray? I know this isn't your department, but many people with hair loss use this product and others like it and I know I for one I am not willing to slowly lose my lung function to cover some baldness.

This is the first time I have posted anything. You can use other products instead of Toppik. I actually use something called Organin which I like much better than Toppik. It is in a bigger container so you get more for your money and they often times have sales where you can really get good deals. The colors are more true than the Toppik and I do not believe it contains any silica, also. Good luck with everything! :)
