This patient recently presented to Dr. Dorin with a 5A Norwood pattern and fine hair caliber. Due to underaverage scalp elasticity, the restoration was performed in two procedures, @ 10 months apart. The total follicular units consisted of 1704 singles and 1807 duos. 5,381 hairs were transplanted. On propecia for about 2 years now.

The results look nice and natural. Sometimes there's not much choice but to take a conservative approach.
