Veteran musician Peter Gabriel is considering undergoing a radical medical procedure to cure his baldness.

The former Genesis frontman has been gradually losing his hair over the past 10 years and he's recently discovered a doctor in Boston, Massachusetts who boasts of finding a cure.

The medic reportedly alters the body's rate of blood cell production, enabling him to control around 70 common disorders - and Gabriel is tempted to undergo the process to restore his locks.

He tells Mojo magazine, "Next time you see me I might have a full head of hair... Can I be bothered at my age? I really don't know."

Eh .. what the heck is that ? And who's that medic ?

Interesting, but I can't help but be sceptical.

Also, I'm sure he's been losing hair for longer than 10 years.

Man, if something like this works, I'd literally cry with happiness! Then I'd hop in my car and head over to Boston immediately!

This is coming out of nowhere, how can Peter Gabriel know more about revolutionnary treatment than us who are following this kind of thing almost daily ?

Why would the doctor use a superstar like Peter Gabriel ? Follica is in Boston, who knows ...

Anyway, this is a pretty random news.

Still pretty sure it's PRP though .. and it's not gonna do anything.

I don't see what this has to do with baldness.

Could just be a currently exclusive treatment. Peter Gabriel is obviously loaded and they're getting huge bucks from celebs before they releas it widely and have to drop the price. Think about how much a multi millionaire would pay fr hair

Yeah but Peter Gabriel doesn't look like a guy who is embarassed about it. Looks like he just said ''Yeah, why not''. I'm pretty sure he's not the one who requested the treatment ... he had an offer and he probably just want to try it out of curiosity.

For a 60 years old guy, he looks pretty good.

If it works, the doctor is going to get a shitload of publicity ... but I doubt it will. But who's that freakin' guy ?

Well, may just be Peter Gabriel using this as a marketing strategy for his upcoming album called ''NEW BLOOD''

Iron_Man from Hairsite forums came with this ... I think he's right. We're getting trolled, once again.

It's so hard to move on, still loving what's gone. They say life carries on. Carries on and on, and on, and on.
