I might have missed it, but no one has brought this company up yet on this forum. I can't believe they are in business this long.

No double blind studies to confirm their work. Very expensive, yet it is always crowded there.

Hey Scientist,

Welcome to the forum!

Why has the Hair Club been in business for so long?, Why is ScalpMed One of the biggest selling hair loss products on the market today?...It's about marketing, plain and simple. Except in this case it’s about marketing to an extremely vulnerable segment of the population. As hair loss suffers we will buy anything, try anything and subscribe to anything, at least once, just for hope. It’s like shooting fish in a barrell!

In all of the years that I have been in this field, I have NEVER spoken with or correspond with anyone who has been helped by Regenix.

Simple rule of thumb, look for The American Hair Loss Association Seal before you consider purchasing any product or service to treat your hair loss.

Sad to hear, but the truth I guess. Our advertising laws allow this to happen. In Germany, you have more strict truth in advertising laws. Half the products advertised in the USA would be banned if those same laws were applied here. With hair loss products, you would only have propecia and rogaine left unless another product also used minoxidil.

Regenix states on their website:

"All the elements of the Regenix hair loss treatment are natural, safe, and FDA approved"

So, it is FDA approved just like propecia and rogaine. That means its the real deal, or am I missing something?

lol

They use natural things. Those things are FDA approved, but NOT for hair loss. I skimmed through their website and I am far from impressed. I would NOT use their products. It won't do anything for male pattern baldness.

There are a lot of products that work for hair loss and I don't see them really using any of it.

Finasteride and minoxidil aren't the only things that work. Ketoconazole, retinoic acid, spironolactone etc etc. The list goes on. There really are effective treatments. But a regimen must be based on the big 3(finas,minox,keto).

Don't waste your time and money on Regenix if you ask me.

So, you are suggesting that the FDA approval is for product safety, and not the efficacy (function)?

But that is still a very misleading statement.
It should also have a disclaimer that reads to the effect that statements of treatment have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Unless Regenix contains a drug, like minoxidil, there is not need for FDA approval. In fact herbal supplement manufacturers don't have to get approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before putting their products on the market. The FDA dosn't even govern these type of products so there is no way that their products are FDA approved. It's a scam!!!!

Dude, just steer clear from that crap. Especially if Spencer himself says so.
