This patient received 1978 grafts to restore his recessed frontal and temporal hairlines. He appeared to have a stable pattern and desired a more youthful hairline. Postoperative photos were taken two years following his restoration. A side-by-side comparison view is presented where preoperative landmarks are identified with arrows so as to demonstrate the extent of his hairline lowering.
