| The patient is a 44 year old, class6V, former toupee wearer with a very large crown. Various distribution of grafts were to attempt to cover such a large area in a patient who had decreased donor laxity. Approximately 4600 grafts were utilized in two sessions (approx. 12,000 hairs). The patient has met his objectives to have a natural looking hairline and be rid of his toupee forever. |
