| High density frontal hairline restoration performed in two sessions using a total of 2641 grafts. His initial procedure consisted of 1675 grafts placed in the frontal hairline and in the recessed upper temporal hairline. That session produced a good density match with the surrounding frontal hair, but supplemental density was added to accommodate his preferred hair style. A second procedure of 966 grafts was performed to produce high density throughout the frontal hairline and frontotemporal recession. |
